Hi New to the The Fresh Loaf and baking artisan bread and chocolate babkas. One day was cruising around youtube looking for rustic bread and found this darling charming video. I thoroughly enjoyed watching this! It definitely is a different type from what most of us try to achieve here but delicious none the less. A couple of things that I found fascinating was the single rise and that she used only 20 g of salt in the entire batch.
