Old world bread
Hi,
i have only recently discovered the joy of baking bread after a few years of not eating bread (avoiding carbs). I like to focus on sourdough and using less a possible to get a tasty and nutrcious loaf. Bread in the Netherlands is a topic I like to know more of this new year. I learned about a book of Charel Scheele, 'Old world breads'. As his rcipes seem to be quit different from what I have learned so far I'm curious if anyone has folowed the recipes in this book. Should like to share working with these recipes.
