what's gone wrong with my seeded malthouse loaf?

The last three days, this is what my bread machine is churning out... I've tried two separate batches of yeast (though it's possible both could be duds, I suppose). The paddle seems to be turning on the machine. Anyone had this problem, please?  Thanks
