Gluten Free Pizza BAKING
Good Afternoon all.
I have a friend who requires Gluten-Free pizza for a pizza night we are having soon. Usually I just use Reinhart's American Pie recipes, and when I look at a Gluten-Free recipe my eyes start to cross. I solved THAT problem by realizing I could just buy a chunk of Gluten-Free dough from our local Artisan Pizzeria. But I'm not sure if there is anything special I need to do to cook it. Usually I used my Baking Steel and 550 degrees. Some gluten-free recipes have mentioned par-baking at 350. Any tips for the Baking Method of Gluten Free dough would be greatly appreciated.
