Seeking Hornos / Earth Ovens in AZ and NM
Hi there!
I'll be traveling through CA, AZ and NM at the end of the year, and would love to find any bakeries or people baking out of earth ovens or hornos.
Any leads would be super appreciated!

Chris, There are a lot of people who still use hornos in NM. My suggestion is to check out the pueblos. Many Native Americans still have hornos and sell "Indian Bread" to customers. As you drive through the pueblos, you will see signs of bread being sold. One pueblo close to Albuq., is Isleta. Bienvenido.
