You are using a fluted cup cake pan? I can't say that I've ever seen a fluted cupcake pan….I am going to have to look harder! The volcanos would not look nearly as cool baked in an ordinary cup cake pan. This would be a fun twist on cupcake making next time my granddaughters want to bake. Your flavor combinations are always "over the top"….I like that!
Thanks, you can find them at Wallyworld or BB&B, they are made by Wilton and look like little Bundt pans — Are called mini fluted because "Bundt" is proprietary. Used to be a very decorative line of them in 6-cup from Martha Stewart at K-Mart, not sure whether they are still available, might be seasonal. Nordic Ware offers pans in similar fancy styles, a bit more pricey of course, dunno whether they are superior in any way.
