Source of flour in Denver?
Looking for sources of unbleached, unenriched flour in Denver. I'm currently paying $3.89 for a 5lb bag (Hodgson Mills) from King Soopers. Any places that would sell me a 20lb+ for less than $3/pound?

I've been using Rocky Mountain Milling flours for a couple of years now. They recently re-named themselves Bay State Milling (http://baystatemilling.com/Default.aspx). I buy their basic organic white and whole wheat in 50 lb bags. You can mail order it but I don't know the price. Shouldn't cost more than $1/lb or you can take a field trip to Platteville (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=platteville+colorado&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-a&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=Platteville,+Weld,+Colorado&gl=us&ei=MAKhTKLOLcOUnQfR7o...) and buy direct. Good flour. Both The Med Restaurant and Breadworks here in Boulder us it (I only know because I've seen the bags delivered....no connection with either of them).

This Mill in Platteville after name change and a little while does no longer sell to the public. It was very convenient, drive 16 miles, pick up 50 lb bags of organic Boulder flour and drive home.
Now they give you the name of a distributor http://www.dawnfoods.com/ - in Denver, so driving 40+ miles one-way is not so great and it appears more expensive apart from the nonsense not being able from the local mill any longer which worked fine for years.
Now, Natural Grocers formerly Vitamin Cottage sell bulk flours on special order, their "White Strong Organic Unbleached" is - or was, when I got it - the bag of the Bay State Milling "Boulder Organic"
