First try at the Italian Bread recipe.

It was my first experience using a "slack" dough. Worked great! Tastes even better.

I like the wrinkly flour crust.  I love that rustic look!

Thanks!  It is more like ciabatta than traditional Italian bread.  I love the crunchy crusty much better than a soft crust.

Still Trying to find a good loaf of bread in South Florida!
