Just perused your French bread tips, and found them very helpful- they clarified a few nagging questions, plus a couple I didn't even know I had, and put artisan baking in a much better perspective for me. What a terrific site- is there an echo in here...? Sugaring time in Vermont, and a foot of new snow to make it easier... hah!
