Yet another Apollonia Poilane story ...
... but nevertheless an interesting read. BusinessWeek fleshes out the rivalry between the two Poilane brothers, a rivalry that, apparently, has survived the death of Lionel. Hat tip to Floyd's Bread Feed.

I liked this article. The Poilane name and mystic is huge in this community of ours. I am sure there are many of us who would love to be able to duplicate the Poilane Miche. I know I would.
