Hi, everyone!

I'm Randem, baker and bread enthusiast for 40+ years now. I chose my username based on my belief that keeping things simple helps more people discover the wonderful world of breadmaking and baking. I've graduated culinary school, and spent wayyyyyy too much of my free time trying to find answers to questions I doubt anyone will ever ask, so if you have something you'd like some help with, don't hesitate to ask. If I don't know the answer it helps me discover things I need to learn, and gives me a mission in finding the answers.
