AIB Technical Bulletins
The full set of American Institute of Baking technical bulletins from 1979-2013 are available for public download at

Obviously, these are orientated towards professional bakers, but there is plenty of interesting stuff there.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get AIB bulletins online any longer?
I am on the search for the ABI Technical Bulletins Archive as well. They were going to keep it free to access, now it seems nowhere to be found. Does anyone have any leads? AIB International has not responded to inquiries.

It is now a search page where you enter your search term, like Tortillas, and it provides you a list of bulletins to click on for reference information.
