Weight of dough to bake in Dutch Oven
I have a 2 liter and a 5.5 liter Dutch Oven. I am baking sourdough bread. What are appropriate weights of raw dough to bake with a nice size loaf after the second rise?

But after a simple google search I found this...

I was hoping to be able to fill the Dutch Oven with the correct amount of dough

It'll advise on the correct size of dough!

2.2lbs of sough is 998g
4 quarts is 3.8 liters
So that's 998g of dough for a 3.8 liter dutch oven at the very least!
998g is a large dough. Most big loaves fall between 900-1000g. Rarely do recipes for one loaf (except for a miche) go above that unless it's a recipe for multiple of loaves and is to be divided.
5.5 liters is a bit bigger than 3.8 liters but it says "at the very least" so your 5.5 liter dutch oven will fit one large loaf.
And I use a 3 quart Dutch oven with a domed lid. Hopefully that helps to give you an idea.
