Hi all,
I'm a newly established micro bakery looking for an authentic recipe for Cornetti, the Italian type of croissant. I'd like to fill it with creme patisserie and morello cherry. Can anyone help? I hope I'm posting this in the right place! I couldn't see anything in recipes...
