That is wonderful LoafLove, it is hard to get a ton of lift when you use a lot of heavy inclusions. I think you’ve done really well, I don’t eat jalapeños but I’m sure for those who do, the jalapeño cheddar combination must be really delicious because I see this combination frequently on IG.
I was worried the heavy inclusions would weigh this loaf down . The oven spring wasn't as great as I had hoped
