What a terrible user interface! It makes noise when you turn the page! It gets smaller when you zoom with Ctrl-+. Their web designer should be banned. 

Is there a readable version anywhere?

I didn't find it that bad, tbh. I think you can turn the page noise off in the settings and I just clicked the mag glass symbol at the bottom to make it bigger.

I'm sure the whole magazine interface will be a standard off the peg package rather than anything bespoke.

Thanks for posting that article!

I recently posted a related experiment which showed the evolution of gases during bulk fermentation, even in the early stages when yeast activity is not apparent.
