3 parts bread flour, 2 parts rye flour, 1 part semolina flour.
Do you actually notice the semolina in the loaf in anyway with that low a percentage?
The loaf looks very nice..
The semolina makes a difference, a big difference. After all, it is almost 17% semolina.
