That thing is practically wearing a mo-hawk! :D
I scored a circle on top, to go with the pattern from the banneton and it came out rocking a mohak!
I usually cut a square and it doesnt do that at all but the circle helped the bread gain a nice oven spring, moreso tha usual.
Great looking pair of loaves. I just couldn't resist!
