Photos of different types of Breads
Here are some of bread that I made for school. I thought I would just share with everyone. Any feed backs, suggestion, and (+/-) comments are welcome. I always like hearing other people's ideas and recommendations.
I'm also on Instagram.

Nice creamy crumb! How did it taste ?!?!
Thank you, they all tasted pretty good.
You made all of them?! Wow! You're on a roll!
Yes sir, thank you :)
could use a little more crust colour, Nuts or Sunflower seed roll?
Pretzels could also be darker. Are those sweet ones in the background?
The rest look like they should be.
Was the raisin bread (last one) cut while hot? It looks nice and moist, really packed full of juicy raisins!
A good line up of breads. :)
The original photos were actually a little darker. I just lighten them up for more exposure.
The onion bread had walnuts in them.
Yes we made two types of pretzels.
The raisin bread was cut while it was cold. The recipe that we used was really moist and tender. Chef said by law, "raisins bread" had to have a certain amount of raisins in them to be called "raisins bread". When I first heard that I lol. To be honest, I actually prefer my raisins bread with less raisins.
Thanks
What school do you attend??
