First baking!
Hello! I just started baking for my own bread.
The picture are my second result which I baked today morning.
after I tasted my own bread, I realized there is odd taste in most of the manufactured bread.
Little bit sweet but that is not pleasant sweet...
Now I am so happy that I can bake my own!!

I'm not sure what fist baking is but, if this is it, we will have to give it a go. No sense buying bread now that you are hooked on the good stuff. Well Done and
