Ugly Bread, Beautiful Light
Sometimes even ugly bread deserves some beautiful light.
Had a case of blowouts due to insufficient final proofing, but seeing the demi baguette finally bloomed like it should: priceless. Ah, the joys of being a newbie...

That was Bunny, gone bad...
Next time you want to make a bunny make one sciccor cut like doing and epi about a third of the piece of bread works good wroll rolls. It's a side shot of a bunny. U can throw a raisin in for the eye. This probsbly doesn't make sense. Ill do one this week and take a photo. super easy.

Sweet so u make one cut and turn it epi style and it looks like a bunny. Made a bunch for Easter for the kids.

I'm sorry, must bump this picture because that bunny is a real cutie! I've never made pain d'epi or sharp cuts like that. How amazing, to think they bake up like that! Almost looks like a bumper car.
