Sourdough discard pull-apart garlic bread

This was my first time baking anything using sourdough discard. This recipe used instant yeast too, and it was so delicious! I used this recipe. Essentially you divide your dough into 12 balls, flatten into discs, fill with garlic butter, fold and bake the segments together in a loaf pan. I'm thinking now I'd like to try with some different fillings, like cinnamon butter.
