Good morning beautiful San Tan Valley!
This morning we celebrate, two staples of the working man's table.
1. The rye grain, more correctly weed. It can be grown in tundra like temperatures in poor soil the wheat plant could never tolerate.
2. The egg maligned in the 70's as detrimental to our health. Now fifty plus years later celebrated as a super food! Wow the seventies were 50 years ago? Now I feel old!

The formula I used is from the book ," Inside the Jewish Bakery" since it is under copyright I will not post it verbatim from the book. That being said Norm Berg a co-author of the above mentioned volume posted his formula in our public forum. Enjoy!
