Welcome. :) Glad to have you. Home baking is wonderful, cozy, satisfying. . . a job many people covet. The more home bakers, the better imo. I've been doing it for a year or two, sometimes I wish there was another home baker in my city I could order bread from. My main tip is to have an online presence, it could be super super basic but just something online where people can go every week or two and check to see what's available.
What are you most looking forward to in this career?
