Microbakery for sale, with ROFCO B40

For sale: micro-bakery supplies in Grass Valley. Selling as an entire unit for $4800. The items here will get you up and running as a microbakery able to bake approximately 100 loaves in a cycle. I am not interested in selling the Rofco individually right now. I can provide tips to the buyer for operating a microbakery using these supplies (including licensing, tips for adjusting your recipes for quantity, and optimizing your process for the tools included). I had a successful cottage food operation and these were most of the supplies needed to be a self-contained sourdough bread bakery.
