Hello folks, just a newbie here looking to learn a few things.  My wife and I left our corporate jobs a couple years back and decided that we wanted to start making wood fired pizza as a side hustle (really my wife just wanted to keep me out of trouble!!!).  So we went and spent some cash and came up with this trailer.
