  • What to you think of this loaf ? Does the bottom suggest an under first bulk rise? Or under baked? Thanks for any help!!

I think your loaf looks amazing! More important is how you feel about it. Was there any gumminess at the bottom? That is what I look for when I’m deciding if my loaves are underbaked.

As to whether it is under-bulked, I believe that bulk fermentation has to do with flavor development and aeration of the dough. How did it taste? To my untrained eye, the bread looks light and sufficiently aerated!
