want to post some topics and also a book

If I want to publish or create a book about Baking, what topics should I cover.
I am thinking of some like few 10-20 recipes, tips, care and notes, do's and not to do's.. etc..

any suggestions?

First, look at baking books to see what topics they cover.  That should give you plenty of ideas for things to put in your book (or to leave out).

Second, ask yourself “What have I learned about baking that other people would be willing to pay to learn?”

Though I don’t want to be off-putting, if you have to ask what to put into a book, perhaps you aren’t ready to start a book.  Developing and testing recipes is demanding work. Writing the accompanying text in an engaging style can be even more demanding.  Then there’s lining up an agent and publisher, editing, photography/illustration, cover design, and so on.  It’s a job, in other words, that requires a clear vision and a lot of determination.

I wish you well.
