Summer Peach and Prosciutto Pizza

I tried this recipe and it came out really well!

apple pie

Sliced apples sprinkled with sugar and and dotted with butter. Brush with apricot jam while still warm.

I have done a similar pizza with peach, arugula and prosciutto as well and it is always delicious as yours looks.

I made the peach pizza and it was delicious. We put a little fig jam down first and topped it with arugula.

...peeking out from under the greens is catching my bacon loving eyes!  Arugula (garden rocket, rucola) is just getting big enough to snip from my garden. Mmmmmm.

That's one good looking pie Don.  Great leopard spotting on the cornicione.  Fig jam is an amazing idea, love it.
