Hobart C-100, 10 Quart Commercial Mixer, C100 10 Qt, Refurbished, GUC

Mixer was professionally inspected and washed, rinsed, sanitized, polished and lubricated prior to this sale.  It is ML # 17664 and was manufactured in the early 1980s by Hobart in Troy, OH.  It is one of the last C-100s made by Hobart as they were discontinued in 1984.

Mixer sounds and runs beautifully.  Very smooth operation in all three gears.  Original Hobart factory grey matte paint is in decent shape with many small wear marks and scuffs (see pictures).

Mixer was purchased new by a commercial cafeteria and later used by a church.  It was used mostly for mashed potatoes and cookie dough for its entire life so it has seen little use.  It has never been used in a commercial bakery and also didn't come with a dough hook so it was never used for bread making which is the hardest on motors and gears.  It operates like a new mixer.  The tin steel bowl is probably this mixer's worst feature.  It has several scuff and wear marks on both inside and outside of the bowl for use over the years.  However new stainless steel bowls are available from ALFA and other Hobart equivalent suppliers as well as other sellers on eBay.

It is one of the smoothest and quietest C-100s that I have ever refurbished.  It is ultra quiet in operation.

Mixer comes with original Hobart tin plate over steel 10 quart mixing bowl and "B" C10B / C100B aluminum flat beater, attachment thumb screw, attachment hub cap and copy of original Hobart instructions and replacement parts list.

Additional bowls and beaters and wire whips and dough hooks available for separate purchase (see our eBay store or contact me separately).

Price $1,250 or best offer plus $150 shipping / freight estimate.

Mixer weighs approximately 100 pounds and will require specialty packing and shipping.  Due to its heavy weight and large size, shipping cost may be more or less than the $150 estimate.  Send me your shipping address for an exact shipping quote.
