Hobart C-100, 10 Quart Commercial Mixer, C100 10 Qt, Refurbished.

Mixer was professionally inspected and washed, rinsed, sanitized, polished and lubricated prior to this sale.  It is ML # 17664 and was manufactured in the early 1980s by Hobart in Troy, OH.  It is one of the last C-100s made by Hobart as they were discontinued in 1984. 

Mixer sounds and runs beautifully.  Very smooth operation in all three gears.  Original Hobart factory grey metallic paint is in good shape with the exception of the back round motor cap and rear top of mixer where there are many small paint wear marks (see pictures). 

Mixer was purchased new and owned by a home baker for its entire life so it has seen little use.  It has never been used in a commercial kitchen and also didn't come with a dough hook so it was never used for bread making which is the hardest on motors and gears.  It operates like a new mixer. 

It is one of the cleanest and newest C-100s on Fresh Loaf and eBay as this listing goes live. 

Mixer comes with original Hobart stainless steel 10 quart mixing bowl and "B" C10B / C100B aluminum flat beater, attachment thumb screw, attachment hub cap and copy of original Hobart instructions and replacement parts list.
