Yay!!!
In two months I went from not even knowing what an "ear" was to being able to fairly easily work with 80% hydration dough. The amount of advice and tutorials available online is absolutely staggering! I feel so blessed. Thanks for being part of my sourdough journey. Now...onto 90% hydration!!! :)
That's a real nice finish. Love the texture.
