I love to use leftover meat to make pastry pies. Roll out a pie or tart dough and divide into 4; fill, fold over, crimp with a fork, and cut a couple vents. Bake on parchment in a sheet pan @ 400 F for about 15-20 minutes until it browns to your liking. It works with creamy pot pie type fillings, curried ones, or whatever.
