Forno Campo De Fiori in Rome - MUST WATCH VIDEO :-)
A friend of mine sent this video to me that is Italian since I have begun baking artisan bread this is so fantastic. The video sadly has no music so I played another video behind it to make up for it. Video 1 is the bakery Video 2 is the music I used for background music. I am going to have to watch this video a hundred more times to see all that they make

When my family gathered in Rome for a wonderful long weekend we went to Campo de Fiori so my vegan brother could enjoy their Pizza Bianca. Inside the small shop no one spoke English so I just indicated how big a slab we wanted, they weighed it, wrapped paper around it and we walked outside. Within minutes all of us ripped off delicious chunks and had to go back for more. Over four days we visited three times.

Actually my b/f who is from Rome forwarded this video link to me, so he knows this place. Believe me I hear him whine about Pizza Bianca ALL TH TIME because you cannot get anything like that here in California. Glad it was a nice reminder of your visit to Campo de Fiori.
