Hi there,
i have just stumbled across this site and could spend all day on here rather than working!!
I am a keen amateur baker and have just started delving into sourdough. I have put a few pics here. Advice is appreciated --

Bread baking is a slippery sloped, very easy to get hooked. I know I am :)

I love the holes in the crumb. I viewed it on my iphone and it's fine but when I viewed it in my laptop, it's inverted. Rotate it in any photo editing app but once you do it its your Apple view that will suffer.
