Selling a Small Bakery Business in Costa Rica

I have a small bread baking/pastry business in Costa Rica, on the Paciifuc coast That caters to a sizable expat community, from families to retirees to surf and yoga folks. I am going to be selling my business next year and I am looking for a person or couple who might be interested in purchasing it. It is an incredible opportunity to come into a gorgeous location with a solid income source and a great reputation already in place. There s huge growth potential as well as I have not fully tapped into the sourdough market or other super specialty breads that are impossible to find here. I sell my breads and sweets in 4 stores in three beach areas and have 9 private restaurant and surf school clients whom I bake for as well  I also teach classes. The area continues to grow, so this business could become huge. I have kept it small because I did not want to work full time. But there is definitely full time available if you want that.
