Biscuit Question
I was wanting to make some biscuits for my co-workers on monday. But I probably wouldn't have enough time to make the dough and bake them monday morning. Would retarding the dough in the refrigerator over night affect the dough in any way? Or even freezing it?
Thank you SourDoughMan. I may try a batch tonight and finish them tomorrow morning to see what happens and so I can adjust anything is necessary.
but much beyond that the biscuits become denser and less tender. The beauty of biscuits is that they require so little prep time so retardation doesn't really seem to be that necessary.
