Looks good - I am sure you and your family will enjoy it!
My family uses 1-2 soft sandwich loaves per week during the school year and I often use mixes as a base for a bread machine bread. Last night I set up the bread machine with a Bob's Red Mill Potato Bread mix to which I added 1/3 cup of chopped sunflower seeds (about 80 g), 75 g of whole wheat flour, and proportionally more water (and a bit more salt). Set the timer to run overnight and poing! At 5:30 we had a fresh bread ready for breakfast and sandwiches.
