No knead bread recipe fm NY Times
I've not done my bread practice sessions with my sourdough starters for a long while now since my health has not been kind to me.
Thought I tried the lazy version of this no knead bread recipe since it does not require much energy. Its not that easy either having a pretty wet dough. after proofing it for abt 1-1/2 hr and doing the transfer to the DO, it sort of flattened out and almost impossible to score. Despite all that, it turned out pretty ok and the texture is almost like a baguette.

Wow… I'm amazed that you could tell fm the pics that it was proofed at acceptable level. Thank you for the wonderful tip here, these are one of the issues that I am trying to deal with. Being a novice, its really hard to really tell the diff esp now that I am trying not to use the clock so much when proofing. And thank you for the well wishes. Have a Good Day. Cheers !!! Nora
