Trust yourself to turn a mishap into a victory

Perhaps breads are a bit like babies, not quite as fragile as we first believe. That said, my baby is off for an adventure across England and Europe (which she saved for herself) for the next few months. Please be kind to young Americans. One of them is mine. Thanks in advance.
