use of Brie. When I first saw the picture I wondered how you could have done the wrapped Brie with bread dough. Then I read your recipe. Sounds great and looks just beautiful. I can already see a cheese bread sisterly challenge brewing.
The dough is really versatile, so I can't wait to see what tasty cheese/spice combo you come up with!
