Thanks for your comment, I started making pizza and bread just a few months ago because there is nothing here in the south that could compare to what we grew up on in NYC. They have consistantly come out even better than those in the picture over the past few weeks and the pizza has become a regular dinner on Thursday nights around here. I finally discovered that putting a little diastatic malt powder into my dough allows me to get it even thinner than those in the picture and using fresh mozzarella really adds to the taste too. They only take about 4-5 minutes to get done in our oven now and rival those we grew up on. mattie
