Wild wet starter and Lahey method
Hello! So I grew me some starter and it seems very health and active. I am starting my first loaf and hoping to use the Lahey method. His book only addresses using dry yeast. Does anyone out there have a way I can figure the equivalent amount to use of my wet wild yeast starter? Thanks to any and all who respond. Cheers Kristy
