I was planning to make a pizza.... actually... and then I remebered the strombilinis I had seen in the BBA (which I had borrowedfrom the library.)
And then I saw "Mrs. Dstroy Floydm's" ;-) Strombolini recipe in which she also used cornmeal.... or polenta... but it was too late for that, as the dough was already rising...
So, I just rolled it out, topped it with pasta sauce, kalamata olives, "homemade" sundried tomatoes, and mozzerrella +cheddar cheeses and rolled it up. Cut them into disks and let it rise for another hour. and that's it :)

I'm not sure which recipe Srishti used, but there is a recipe for strombolini here.
