forkish overnight levain pizza

~25% whole wheat sourdough with the last of frozen homemade tomato sauce from the summer to welcome back wifey from a meditation retreat

I like to try many different pizza dough recipes but always come back to this one. does anyone have one they like better for home oven pizza making??

Whole grain durum, from Indian grocery stores, and whole grain Kamut, are also good for flatbreads and pizza. I like 'em.
