Various quarantine bakes
Across the board these have not been my most attractive bakes, but they've gotten the job done. It's also been interesting to try a lot of new recipes and to use some different flours as I'm now away from home and without my MockMill. I wanted to share the recipes I used in case anyone else is looking for some new recipes.

- Approachable Loaf using 60% KA white wheat, 5% einkorn, 5% rye, 30% KABF (one plain and one cinnamon swirl)
- One plain and one fruit/nut loaf using my standard 25% spelt, 20% hard red winter wheat, 5% rye, 50% KABF

Wow! Everything looks delicious!
The biggest challenge was probably the einkorn cardamom buns. I had never baked with 50%+ einkorn before and it was a bit of a challenge! Hope you are well.

The only problem baking a lot while pregnant is you aren't sure if your weight gain is normal or if you've been eating too many baked goods. Hope you are well!
Ilene, I didn’t know you were pregnant, congrats! Stay well. I think we are all gaining some weight baking and not going to the gym because of the pandemic. At least we’re eating home baked quality baked goods. Stay well.
