coming along. It's fantastic to see your mobile bakery turning out so well.
Happy baking

of breathing and working in your self-sufficient trailer. I envy you, Mark, of living the dream of your life! Thanks for sharing!

Thank you Yippee, I'm happy to share!

I am sure I could smell the bread come out of the oven. If I lived a few thousand kilometres closer I would be a regular customer.
Gerhard
...I will admit that a few thousand kilometres is a bit far to drive for a few loaves of bread :)

Once again thank you for sharing. Love to see your hands at work. Do you ever sleep.

Glad you enjoyed the videos and yes, every once in a while I get some sleep ;)

Mark, I get so hungry!
Incredible reflection on your truck. Montana Skyline?
Yes the Montana Skyline, and to tell you the truth part of the reason why I decided to make a video on Wednesday was because I had just washed the trailer a few days before... ;)

simply wonderful. Where will you be in early September? Do you do both markets? making our travel plans and hope we can catch up to you. Caroline
The Bozeman market is on Saturdays from 9am-12pm (September 10 is the last one) and the Big Sky market is Wednesdays from 5pm-8pm and that runs through September. I'll do both until they finish. Let me know your plans as the date gets closer so we can get together!

I love watching your videos. You have such a great rhythm when you work and I learn something about shaping and handling dough every time I watch them. Your space is also so well organized. You don't need a huge space to produce some great bread. That is a good thing since I downsized my kitchen space. A place for everything and everything in it's place.
ANother thing I learned from watching your videos is using timers (one of your first videos). Now I have multiple timers going to "assist" me in baking. You really have multitasking down to a science.
Good to hear from you! I wish I was close enough to enjoy your delicious looking baked goods. I do mention you when I have friends travelling to Montana but it's a big state and I don't think anyone has travelled near you.

Happy to see things working out well. I love the kitchen. I followed a sticky bun recipe of yours years ago and I loved it. Your recipe is no longer available and I was wondering if you would be willing to share. I'm a retired professional French chef that has moved to New Hampshire and taken several professional classes at King Arthur with Jeffrey. They were fantastic. I'm currently in the process of starting a home bakery and think your sticky bun topping is the best. Thanks and take care.
