Sylvia Burgos has a podcast dedicated to artisan bread, cheese, and wine. In the latest episode she chats with Peter Reinhart and yours truly.
And, yes, I know I got the hydration backward. "100% flour, 65% water" it should be. I was tired.
Gotta go heat my oven for today's baking.

PS : Well, I've saved this. He says we need to download a special media player, other than Quicktime (he doesn't like it for some techie reason). Will keep you posted if anyone else has had the same problem.

In January, we had 129,000 unique visitors, around 420,000 page views. So, yeah, traffic is pretty good.
One thing Sylvia Burgos got right - this is a great web site! Floyd, you have a full time job and a family, but I'm sure this "hobby" takes up a huge chunk of your remaining waking time. Or are you able to work on it in your sleep?
