How to Shape and Score a Baguette: the Videos
I posted two great videos at my blog, about shaping and scoring a baguette. I was hoping to post them here but can't get the embedded videos from youtube to work, so just go to the link.

I went to your site but all I see are two black screens no video
I just took a look at both (quickly) and they worked fine. KMIAA, it loads a little slowly (big video files, I suppose) so if you had multiple streaming going on or a slow connection that miht have made a difference.
