Kaiser Rolls. Big boy sandwich style.
Eureka! Though trial and error I have successfully recreated the authentic, iconic NYC Kaiser roll. Brought to America by our German Jewish neighbors. These are the big ones of breakfast sandwich fame.
Check another one off the list.

Like you (I think) I just start to get the hang of the shaping at the end of the batch.
So you must be on about batch 3 now and getting very proficient by the looks of it.

I never did get to try the dinner rolls for thanksgiving. It was too hectic with a pretty big menu and all the grandkids visiting. Christmas will be more relaxing. A very happy Christmas to you and yours!
